Religion and supra-rationality, lessons from the Chilean constitutional process, 2019 – 2023
Our associate Joaquín Palma Cruzat, specialist lawyer in Constitutional Law and former professor of the field, was recently appointed member of the Chilean Association of Constitutional Law. We take this opportunity to also comment that one of Joaquín’s academic research, ” Religion and supra-rationality, lessons from the Chilean constitutional process, 2019 – 2023″, was published by Revista Latinoamericana de Derecho y Religión (Vol. 10 N°1 – 2024).
The Chilean Association of Constitutional Law was constituted in 1997 and has welcomed very relevant Chilean constitutionalists, among them Alejandro Silva Bascuñan, Luz Bulnes, José Luis Cea, Marisol Peña, Emilio Pffeffer.
This organization seeks to contribute to the improvement and divulgation of constitutional law, organising congresses and seminars and keeping the doctrine of this speciality in Chile updated.
